WW2 aluminum fighter plane awards presented to Lt. Colonel John S. Stewart of Colorado Springs for shooting down 9 enemy planes from 1943-1944. Given to Stewart from the 461st Tac Fighters. Aluminum plane swivels and moves around freely on marble base. Wonderful pieces for display as well as some great aviation history. Looks to be from a German trophy and awards company that designed custom pieces. Dimensions below are for the plane.

Aluminum Swiveling Airplane Ashtray/Catch all.  These aluminum fighter planes are attached to a marble base and move and swivel freely.  These pieces were given as gifts to Lt. John S. Stewart of Colorado Springs for shooting down 9 enemy planes from 1943-1944.   Although customized, these pieces are great for display and are a great piece of history.
