EMECO Kong Chair

A new addition to the Emeco family, the Kong Collection was designed for a Chinese restaurant Kong in Paris and inspired by the furniture of Versailles. The Kong series is made utilizing the famous Emeco 77-step process and requires the hand welding of 24 separate pieces of aluminum, and an additional 8 hours of hand polishing. Three times stronger than steel and amazingly light weight, these chairs have a life expectancy of at least 150 years. Brushed finish is suitable for outdoor use. Polished finish is only recommended for indoor use or protected outdoor environments. Optional seat pads are available using durable, GreenGuard Gold (tm) certified polyurethane fabric, fire-rated foam, and 100% recycled plastic substrates.
