Designed by Frank Gehry in 1990 the chair functions brilliantly as a side/desk/dining/occasional chair or sculpture. Constructed of bentwood maple strips, thermal-glued and ebonized in laquer, this example is fitted with the leather seat pad, is structually very solid with a few scuffs, one or two minor scratches and 3 felt pads replacing the original frosted glides. No fractures of repairs. Embossed with the Gehry signiture and Knoll logo. Very nice.
